Підручник підготовлено співробітниками кафедри гігієни та екології № 1, опорної кафедри МОЗ України з дисципліни “Загальна гігієна та екологія” і кафедри гігієни та екології № 4 Національного медичного університету імені О. О. Богомольця за загальною редакцією члена-кореспондента НАМН України професора В. Г. Бардова. З урахуванням сучасних досягнень наук про здоров’я людини та біосферу у підручнику викладено теоретичні основи, методологія, мета і задачі, глобальні проблеми екології, структуру й характеристики сучасного стану атмосфери, гідросфери та літосфери Землі, вивчення закономірностей впливу фізичних, хімічних, біологічних та психологічних факторів на здоров’я людини і громадське здоров’я, використання встановлених закономірностей для розробки методів та систем профілактики впливу негативних градацій цих факторів. У вигляді окремих 38 тем підручник включає всі розділи навчальної програми та всі основні розділи дисципліни “Загальна гігієна та екологія людини”: пропедевтику гігієни, екологію людини, основи вчення про біосферу, глобальні проблеми забруднення біосфери, закономірності впливу природних та антропогенних компонентів біосфери на здоров’я людини та громадське здоров’я, основні положення комунальної гігієни, гігієни харчування, гігієни праці, гігієни дітей та підлітків, гігієни лікувально-профілактичних закладів, радіаційної гігієни, гігієни надзвичайних станів, військової гігієни, тропічної гігієни, особистої гігієни тощо. Для студентів закладів вищої медичної освіти ІV рівня акредитації, лікарів-інтернів, сімейних лікарів, практичних лікарів. This student’s book has been prepared by collaborators of the Department of Hygiene and Ecology No1, the leading department of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, on the discipline “General Hygiene and Ecology” and the Department of Hygiene and Ecology No4 of O. O. Bogomolets National Medical University under the general editorship of Corresponding Member of NAMS of Ukraine, Professor V.G. Bardov. Taking into account the present-day achievements of human health and biosphere science the manual containts the theoretical backgrounds, methodology, goals and objectives, overarching environmental issues, structure and characteristics of the current state of the Earth’s atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere, study of the influence patterns of physical, chemical, biological and psychological factors on human health and public health, the use of established patterns to develop methods and systems for preventing the impact of negative gradations of these factors. The manual consists of 38 topics, which include all sections of the academic programme and all main sections of the study discipline “General hygiene and human ecology”: propedeutics of hygiene, human ecology, basics of the doctrine of the biosphere, global issues of biosphere pollution, influence patterns of natural and anthropogenic components of the biosphere on the human health and public health, main principles of municipal hygiene, nutrition hygiene, occupational hygiene, hygiene of children and adolescents, hygiene of health care facilities, radiation hygiene, hygiene in emergencies, military hygiene, tropical hygiene, personal hygiene, etc. For students of higher medical institutions of the IV accreditation level, intern doctors, family doctors and practicing doctors.
